RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Return Policy:

You may return the product if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product is not as described on the website.
• The product is damaged.

Return Conditions:

• You must return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
• You can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.
• The product must be unused, in its original unbroken packaging, and with the original label attached.

Refund:

• We will refund the full amount of the product.

2. Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be processed depending on your payment method:

• If you paid by Cash on Delivery: Refund will be issued to your wallet.
• If you paid by Credit/Debit Card: You can choose to receive your refund to your credit/debit card or to your wallet.

3.Refund Timescale:

• If refunded to Credit/Debit Card: The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date, we receive the product back at our fulfilment centre.
• If refunded to your wallet: The refund will be processed immediately once the product is received back and inspected at our fulfilment centre.
